The call was made by a woman victim of domestic violence. The working hours of the Telephone of confidence in the begging were 9 \u2013 17h.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>18.11.2000\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 The first woman victim of domestic violence was sheltered in the Crisis Center \u201cHope\u201d premises.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2<\/strong><strong>4.12.2000\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Crisis Center trained staff provided the first education for women of domestic violence. The woman was in need of support and empowering.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2001\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Registration of Crises Center \u201cHope\u201d as a legal entity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2002\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Opened second line of the Telephone of confidence 02\/3175-516.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2004\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Crisis Center \"Hope\" increases the working hours.
