dhun\u00ebs me baz\u00eb gjinore\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>i mbeshtetur nga Programi\u00a0<strong>USAID CARE-GBV.<\/strong><\/p><p>Profesionist\u00ebt q\u00eb punojn\u00eb me viktima t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs me baz\u00eb gjinore jan\u00eb t\u00eb ekspozua rndaj situatave shum\u00eb stresuese q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb pasoja psikologjike, fizike dhe emocionale. P\u00ebr t\u00eb adresuar k\u00ebt\u00eb problem, \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb hartohen dhe zbatohen masa p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur sh\u00ebndetin mendor t\u00eb stafit.<\/p><p>Q\u00ebllimi kryesor i k\u00ebtij projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb promovimi i praktikave t\u00eb mira dhe m\u00ebsimit n\u00eb kujdesin p\u00ebr veten, mir\u00ebqenien dhe rezilienc\u00ebn e stafit q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje dhe mbrojtje t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb p\u00ebr viktimat e dhun\u00ebs me baz\u00eb gjinore.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Crisis Center \u201cHope\u201d in partnership with \u201cPleiades\u201d Organization, started with implementation of the project\u00a0<strong>\u201eSupporting innovative practices in<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>self\u2013care, wellness and resiliency among GBV workers in North<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Macedonia\u201d<\/strong>, funded by the\u00a0<strong>USAID CARE-GBV Grants Program<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Professionals working with victims of gender-based violence are exposed to highly stressing situations that can cause physical, psychological, and emotional health problems.
